I can't believe there are still people ignorant enough to buy dogs from pet shops. "Yes, look at the cute puppy in the window"....ya, and that pup's mother probably never seen the outside of her cage. Pet shops dogs should be banned all together. You get hamsters from pet shops, not dogs! My friend wouldn't dream of neutering/spaying her cat or dog, and i"m like....it's people like you. God I can't stand it.

if your that worried, adopt, and neuter/spay. the more people buy from pet stores, the more you support suffering. if youre an animal lover, you will most definitely not support puppy mills under any circumstance. its not worth the heartless pain and suffering soo many dogs go through. ive never been in a puppy mill, but i imagine if you could step into a puppy mill, you will not ever want to buy from a pet store.

True, but once people stop buying puppys from the pet store the pet store will stop getting puppys, and the puppy mills will be forced to reduce or stop.
